Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership where the leader’s main focus is the thriving of their company or organizations. A few main points directly reference in the video are empathy, commitment, listening, and building community. That being said, the whole project aims to be both literal and abstract in describing the importance of servant leadership.
